To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in the original packaging. Sale products are not eligible for returns.
Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy and to provide exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the items to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund, subject to acceptance, we will issue a credit to the original payment method less the shipping cost. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days.
The fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and return your original purchase. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will receive your new product quickly and that it will not go out of stock.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember to keep your postage receipt, in the event your package does not reach us.

To return an item(s), please take the following steps:
Step 1) Download, print, and complete the Return Form. The form must be complete and cannot be processed without the “Order Number” and “Name” fields accurately filled out. The fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and return your original purchase. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you'll receive your new product quickly and that it won't go out of stock while you wait for an exchange.
Step 2) Include the following in your package: (a) the items (with tags attached and original packaging) to be returned, (b) the return form and any proof of purchase.

We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your return. PR Soles will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Packages also must be returned with postage pre-paid.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any returned items deemed to be ineligible for a return from the policies states above.
